That's what I've got left in my tin of Quiet Nights.

I have Chelsea Morning and Charing Cross open right now and think I'll mix it with a half a bowls worth of one. Both are a bit more muted with their latakia.

Which would you choose?

I would go with Chelsea Morning. Based on my memory of the three blends I think that would be the best complement of flavors. Only have Charing Cross open at the moment so I can't sniff the other two and think about it in more detail.

The idea of blending some Chelsea with Quiet sounds intriguing indeed, and you can always buy more Quiet Nights. I'd do it just to see what happens.

So, in the end, I mixed it with a bit of Charing Cross.

I actually thought about mixing it with Meridian since I had some of that opened, as well. Meridian is an interesting blend to me, in that nothing really takes center stage.

But Charing Cross is one of my favorites. I've always thought it could use just a tad more latakia at times. Not as a complaint, just more of a general observation. It didn't disappoint. I wouldn't mix it on a regular basis, but in a situation like this, I wouldn't hesitate.
