Is that Mccrannies Red Ribbon?
That's the stuff. I have many tins of the '96 crop, and some of the newer crop (don't remember the year) in the cellar.

I personally consider the latest batch to be better than the previous - it's mellower. This one, right now, reminds of a tin of the older batch with 5 years on it.
McCrainie's Red Ribbon, and Red Flake are a couple I really need to try myself!
I don't think you'll be disappointed. I like the Ribbon better than the Flake, but that's just me. I should probably get a tin of the flake from the newest batch. :puffy:

Just to revisiet this I gave it a chance and took a likeing to it. I find it to be a good bedtime smoke for me.
