Yeah down under we are real sophisticated n sh#t so we're all about the offal! ;)
Same here in the southern part of the US. We eat anything that didn’t eat us first. Especially here in Louisiana. Crawfish, frog legs, alligator, turtle soup, any and all parts of the hog, it’s all commonplace here. I didn’t know other people thought that was weird until I was almost grown.

I'm descended from Appalachian mountain folk, and my first wife was Cajun. Nothing goes to waste around me.

Too funny. I was totally being sarcastic but hey. It is good to use as much of the animal as possible though which is great.
Luv that you thought everyone did it growing up. :P

I dig the mouthpieces on your pipes - very cool. Welcome to the forum!

Thanks mate! I found with the first few uses the wood and oil I used to coat it raised a bit with the saliva on your lips but it seems to have settle now. Id really like to try a 'real' pipe to see how volcanite etc feels in the mouth. I read that it is quite smooth and comfortable. Once COVID settles ill get to a shop and but a good pipe.

Welcome from South Carolina!

Those are some cool pipes!
Glad you found the hobby, and I hope you can find a more affordable way to procure some tobacco!

Yeah, I have a budy who smokes only very occasionally. I wonder if part of it is the costing...
O and thank you. I luv being practical. ?

Welcome! Those pipes look great. I am constantly in awe of the dedication of Aussie pipe smokers, given the tax hell that you folks have to endure. Hats off to you, Sir.
