Had My First Pipe Dream!

I just had my first pipe dream last night.

The odd thing to me, is why was it last night, and the type of dream I had... hmm

I’ve had pipes on the brain for the last 2 years, the only thing different is that I’ve recently bought more tobacco, then in the past.

So...

It started out, with a car pulling up, I believe outside the fence of my house, but, not the house I’m presently in, just some dream of a house, like it was mine.

This guy gets out of a car with a pipe in his mouth, as he parked outside my dream house, and I was outside. I was really excited to see someone with a pipe. Because the dream made me feel like this was an exciting moment like I’d never seen a person with a pipe in my life.

To be honest, when I think about it, I don’t ever recall seeing someone in life with a pipe.

I asked about the pipe is all I can remember, and it seems like he didn’t really care to respond, then for some reason I started to mention I had an old Dr. Grabow from 1967-1969, and a 1901 Sam McLardy Meerschaum, I believe because I wanted to share in the dream I had older estate pipes, and I was really into pipes, and that was it for the dream.

When I woke up in the morning, remembering the dream, I was like, wooo, this is funny my first pipe dream, and why now...

I guess I really finally have pipes on the brain now. LOL

I guess this is the life of some old fart now, dreaming of pipes! LOL

I don't remember my dreams but my most expensive pipes have been purchased immediately after waking up. I put an expensive pipe in the cart and sleep on it. Ding! Hoping the wife doesn't notice the charge.

That’s pretty funny! I’ve had pipe dreams before, usually of pipe tobacco, like acquiring a large supply of my favorite plugs or what not. It gets really weird when you have a wet pipe dream! Mind out of the gutter fellas, I’m talking about a gurgling pipe.

I have that on a shirt. I’d wear it more often but it’s made from really uncomfortable material, very thick.

I’ve had pipe dreams for years. Mostly about being rich and famous and adored and respected by my legions of fans. I also sometimes dream about superb crisp sandblasts or rare Sixten Ivarssons that find their way into my possession. I’m not sure about what’s more far fetched. Lol.
