I make a nice table sauce with a couple of whole habaneros cooked in. I don’t break the skins, so I just get some flavor. Tabled, the softened habaneros are set to the side for those that want to amp things up.
I can and do get this at Wegman’s, however it is only in tiny bottles so I go through them quickly. As for all of these bottles above I don’t recognize them. I wonder if the Quakertown Q-mart has that store that is only hot sauces and pickles still. A field trip might be in order.
