Everyone ok down there in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama?

My two daughters live on the North Shore of Ponchatran (Covington). The one with two babies drove to Tallahassee FL for a couple of days, and is staying in a hotel until power is restored.

The other daughter, rode it out with neighbors who have a whole-house generator. She has a dog/cat and didn't want to travel with them. She's back in her home this morning, no power, and likely none for a couple of days. Seemingly no damage to her home from wind or water.

One of their friends in Metarie lost the side of their house in the high winds.

Hope everyone is well (Bradley?)

I’m ok, good side of IDA, WEST side, Daughter and Granddaughter in Panama City, her house has a tree in it, her above ground swimming pool was crushed by a tree, wooden fences downed by trees, her husband and my grandson stayed, they are ok, no power, it may be a while before they get power, so I guess I’ll have guests for a while. No injuries so it’s a win, glad to hear from you Al.

Saw the video on TV of the wind peeling back the roof off a work building like lifting the lid off sardines, and then hurling it down the road with pieces flying off. Then there was the flooding with the cabs of pickup trucks peering out of the gray water. I'm glad our members are reporting in un-injured. I was especially glad to hear about people riding out the storm on the north shore of Lake Ponchatrain, where my friend lives. Hope all is well with him. Power and wifi may not reach him for a while.
