I had to use Google and the Memphis clue is what did it.

Here's a pipe I picked up at an antique shop yesterday. I start the clean up today.
It's American made and has a sterling silver band with the hallmark in the pic.
This is going to be a tough one.

Here's a hint. It was a Penn Tobacco Co. coupon pipe. The pipe was manufactured for Penn Tobacco Co. by Henry Leonard & Thomas, most well known as the manufacturer of Dr. Grabow pipes.
