There are no other markings anywhere on the pipe. I can't find any info on the TUFFY model.

Estate pipes for the most part are mysterious. That's part of the attraction for me. It also drives me crazy.

This is truly a unique pipe. I have never seen anything like it. I wouldn't even know where to begin guessing.

The shape I don't think I've ever seen before, use of wood accents, the way the stem connects to the stummel, the rustication... I just don't know where to begin guessing, and I have a feeling that I may have never heard of the maker.

Same here. I just threw out a couple of brands to get the ball rolling.
I really like the bottom of the bowl where it looks like it screws on, sorta like a Falcon.

Wait, does the stem have part of the wood attached... like to break it apart you separate it at where the briar stummel meets the vulcanite and wood part? Seems like I have seen one like that somewhere.

Aldo Velani comes to mind, as he does a lot of the separating wood parts on a pipe, but I've seen nothing using all of these combinations, and 7charb says it's not Italian, so...

Sorry, gents. I stepped away. No separating parts. Fairly conventional pipe if you take away the unusual design.

I am certain you have heard of this maker, although not super famous... has made bowls for a very famous maker on the same side of the pond.
