Hmmmm, not French. It could be English, but I would have no idea which one. Italian? Hmmm... possibly... looks vulcanite, and small. Also the stain... could have been refurbished and they didn't stain it back the redder hue... an older Savinelli?

The wood is looking Italian to me. But then, I have no idea what I'm doing.

Yeh, excluding French, it definitely doesn't look Danish. This is why I guessed Savinelli, but there are LOTS of Italian makers. In fact I've heard that there is one pipe maker per smoker in Italy, ha ha. But, if English or American... it could be any of them, plus I haven't figured out any threads of synchronicity among American makers.
But, I am merely a novice also. But, I learn from these things.

I'm terrible at pipe shape. I always have to look at charts. I'm 21 months into this hobby...still learning.

Would this pipe be considered a "Prince"? or a "Paneled Prince"? or just a "Paneled"? or none of the above?

I would call it a paneled prince, but it is totally up to the maker as to what it will be labeled. There is no hardfast rules, and different locations, traditions, and systems of naming shapes may prevail over what we yahoos on the forum all decide to call something.
Thanks Michael. Paneled prince would of been my first guess.
