Tin art: A pair of criss-crossed muzzleloader pistols above an eight point star.
Clue #2: The brand - A relatively small group of people having religious beliefs or practices regarded by others as strange or sinister. Charles Manson was a _____ leader.

The background color on this one has changed a bit. It was once a grayish color, then a light blue, now more of a Royal blue. There is a picture of a large sailing ship on the tin.

The hint for my next entree into the game is: roaring lion
Hmm... MacBaren HH Vintage Syrian had a lion silhouette too, but not sure that's it's roaring or not. So, I'm not sure. It's probably a McClelland that I would not be familiar with since those were way before my pipe smoking time. :(

Another hint: the roaring lion is not a picture on the label, it is a hint on the blend name.

The label is white with the blend name in medieval letters and a red and a black medieval lion on each side of the blend name.

I'll add another hint. The blend is made by a German tobacco maker but the blend name is in a language that is not German nor English.
