it's my fav. Seriously I think it's the best thing I've smoked. So I jar it and have a pipe (from the smaller smoking jar) every two weeks to a month. And as it ages it changes but it's not better or worse. I find it's more creamy less smoky and just as earthy but a mellower earthy and slightly very slightly sweeter. It's not dramatic either. It's more like small nudges on the flavor graphic e.q.. (like on your stereo). And just like on your stereo it's the same song but certain instruments or notes stand out more while others back up a little bit. I'd say age not because it's going to blow you away but because it's a great one to have a round.
Oh and after aging it I feel much more strongly that it's got a cocoa and coffee topping. Very light and in no way what you could call an aromatic. But that aspect no matter where it's from (leaf or topping) gets not stronger but clearer.
