I just revisited Pease's feature article, What Is A Balkan Blend?, on the home page, and I found a side bar link to The Epicure's Asylum.

There are some simple yet great sounding recipes there that you might want to check out. (The baby roasted carrots with ginger and garlic sounds like a winner.)
