Hello, all. Great to be a part of what appears to be a fine community! We pipe smokers are few and far between in this area. I have been listening to Brian's podcast on Spotify for the past two years and am excited to be here. Grew up watching a great-uncle and uncle smoke a pipe and have been smoking for 10 years and get a sense of nostalgia each time I light up. Both uncles passed before I started, and I came across Muttonchop Piper on Youtube and he was a great help. I have a number of estate pipes and hope to start restoring them for personal use. Currently, I smoke three to four bowls a day and am able to smoke in my office... woo hoo! I enjoy orientals as well as english blends in the morning and various aromatics later in the day. My current favorite is "My Blend" offered up from the Stag Tobacconist out of Scottsdale, AZ. Hope each of you have a great weekend!

Welcome to the forum, from chilly (seriously!) Southern California. Chris aka Muttnchop was quite helpful to me in the beginning as well, once I got used to his laconic delivery style. Plus, he piqued my interest in the now sadly defunct Drew Estate blend line.

Enjoy the journey! 👍
