Greetings from the Cayman Islands! Wishing you a Happy New Year when it comes.
Welcome !

I'm originally from M'sia and have family there and S'pore still. I love visiting S'pore and always try to visit your wonderful cigar lounges each trip, but in all these years, I have yet to come across a piper. This could be because S'pore has some of the most draconian anti-smoking (in public) laws in the world with on-the-spot fines if you're caught dropping a match or ash on the ground !

Singapore has had some publicity on its harsh laws on seemingly minor misbehavior. I'd be careful trying to be a tourist there. What I might consider normal curiosity or wandering might be taken as spying or casing for crime. People with a few eccentricities could be severely misunderstood, it seems. I'd have to stick with a tour group and emphasize my least interesting traits. I'd work at being mundane and inane as humanly possible.

Lounges are mostly for Cigars and I have not explored any of of them so not sure about pipe smoking. Some members did point out a few more B&M, so those need to be explored!

Laws about littering and public smoking is generally okay but there are fewer public places to smoke and I have not seen anyone with a pipe so far!
