Howdy pipe lovers of the world. I have been smoking a pipe for about 16 months now. I also have been smoking cigars for over 20 yrs. A small, but great group of pipe smokers at a cigar forum were the one's who got me hooked on pipes. It's pretty much a sickness now. lol! But isn't love a form of a sickness? ?

I look forward to chatting and sharing banter with you gentlemen, and maybe even meeting a few in my area. Have a wonderful and blessed day! ?

Hi from Central PA as well. State College area actually nice place if you can entertain yourself that is. Oh and one thing every pic your pipes have tobacco balloning up over the rim. I hope that's just for the pics. Because you'll have more success in smoking if you fill the pipe to somewhat barely bellow the rim. I know it's one of those many counterintuitive things that makes pipe smoking a skill and not just a hobby. I swear there is something about PA that just makes one have to smoke a pipe or cigars, probably the weather if I am going to be honest. Seriously we get severe winters and humid nasty summers with amazing springs and falls that seem to show up late and leave early.

Thanks, the tobacco is shown for the pics.:) My pipes would be pretty scorched if I lit them like that. lol!

Welcome from South Carolina! Glad to have you with us!

BTW, don't mind sable. He's mostly harmless: we let him out on weekends. :) He's also as knowledgeable as knowledgeable gets on the subject of Barlings!
