Welcome, when I was stationed at Anacosta Naval Annex I frequented the Scottish Tobacconist on King St in Alexandria. It was amazing back then, last time I was there visiting it was a far cry from what it had once been. Georgetown tobacco is still one of the best pipe shops around though.
