I just had a few things I needed taken care of from SPC and they do indeed have a wonderful customer service team. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and gracious. I must be honest, when I first ordered from them I was concerned that a shop with such a smooth and professional website might be too large to give good service but my prejudice opinion was soon corrected. They provide both a high end experience and small B&M like customer service that they can be proud of. I feel like a valued customer. Kudos are definitely in order.

I've always had positive experiences with SP and P&S. I don't like the way P&S's website is laid out nowadays, so I just go with SP.com and I've never experienced a hickup.

I love it when this topic resurfaces because I love SP. They have the best selection of pipes on the internet period. I like 4 noggins and pipesandcigars but their pipe selection leans towards the less expensive is not nearly as vast as SP. SP will buy the pipes I don't want anymore and give me store credit. And their customer service is #1.

It also should be mentioned that SmokingPipes has free shipping to APO (Army Post Office) address. In other words SPs ships for free to men and women overseas serving our U.S. Military. I am currently overseas with the Air Force and have received many orders with free shipping. It is my honor to should support their business. They get stuff over to South West Asia in 10 days or less. Hats off to them!
