Of course global warming is real. All anyone has to do is study all the data available and they would see that global warming has been going on in cycles since the crust of this world hardened. I think the real argument there is whether it is made by modern man to the extent that some would claim it is.
As for bad feelings on this forum, I have personally seldom been angered by anything I've read on here. Maybe frustrated at the inability of some posters to have a cognizant thought of their own but not angered or hurt.

Great notion! Can you imagine that scene in "Annie Hall" (or some other Woody Allen film) where someone suffers from an anxiety attack and a friend asks the mall crowd, "Does anyone have a Valium?" and dozens of hands appear bearing bottles of that day's version of Xanax? Now imagine those same hands holding holding out smoking pipes.

This could have been a great, heart warming thread. It could've simply said "someone I'd disagreed with" but it didn't. I am a big fan of this forum because it lacks the political hate so many others do/have. I won't say if I agree or disagree with the op, but I do know that he was aware of what he was doing and did it intentionally because like many Americans these days, the rules don't apply to him. To bad , it would have been a great thread. From my career in the military, I'm naturally apolitical fwiw.

I will tender a mea culpa in my unfortunate choice of a single phrase, but I didn't do it to break any rules and certainly not to vent any hatred. I think anyone who has read my past posts can testify they have been absent of such charged speech.
