I love the color. It's almost an oxblood color and you can see the wood grain. I went to the store looking for the black one I played on awhile back but they had just gotten this one in. I took it into the soundproof acoustic room and played it acoustic and I think I was in love with it before I even plugged it into an amp. The fretboard is fast. It's got that bassy big-body sound but it is light and well balanced. When I start recording again, I'm going to make videos this time around and I will be including some gratuitous pipe-smoking shots just for you guys.
