I opened the photo to size on my desktop, and liked it more at the increased size- just a bit more detail revealed. Then I pulled the shadow slider up a bit for a bit more detail.

I bet at full size- original, it looks even better. Nice shot!

The video had my pal dead center, but for a still I "moved him". At least pleased to get the horizon straight on a vid!

I’m not a photographer. No real eye for composition or anything but I do have an interest in improving and I would welcome any critiques.

Personally, I’d like the picture more without the car. But I wonder, are the leafless branches in the foreground distracting or do they say something about time and place?

I like this one a lot, except for the car, and the one large branch that terminates. Both can be removed in Photoshop or other photo editors.

The steeple is tilting! Even if it actually is, it's distracting. A simple small rotation will fix that and I don't see anything in the foreground that'd distract from that.

Thank you for the constructive criticism. I don’t really know how to use Photoshop but I did rotate the image and I cropped it to remove the car and the distracting branch.

I like the way the creek leads the viewer's eye into the photo. Nicely done!

Been awhile since I posted a debatable photo here. I like photos that make you ask what is going on here, or what am I looking at. If you don't like that kind of stuff keep on scrolling.
Here's a pic I took today over at the pond on our property. Yes I used my favorite f*cked up lens that causes color shifts, flare and out of focus items etc. If this is not appropriate for this thread, it can be deleted, but I'll probably just start another thread about weird photography.
