Indeed. Even that would still be 3 of my mortgage payments worth of tobacco. But hey, good leaf is good leaf, more power to him as far as I'm concerned. Rally till death.

No such thing as bad. Still, when I was still buying, I would never exceed $5/ounce.
I'd hate to have 88 pounds of something and then have my palate change on me.
That's when you start playing with blending.

For me, deep means 10 lbs plus. Fairly deep means 5 lbs plus. Want enough around to smoke a few tins per year is 30 tins plus. Nice for a change of pace is 10 tins plus. Anything else fits into "bought it, tried it, didn't care for it much, hope it gets better when it has 5 years of age on it".

I stand corrected, I have 32 lbs of the HH Vintage Syrian. I was looking at the total containers section. So 88 tins/ 1lb bags. I bought most of it on the 20% off sales at P&C.
