I have a tin on the way that has a January/2011 date on it. Has anyone tried this stuff when it's a few years old? I enjoy it young but have always thought that it would age really well, which is why I am cellaring so much of it. When this 2011 tin comes in, I will have to decide whether I give it a whirl right away, or whether I let it age a bit longer, and I am struggling with that decision.

Peck, I'm smoking some 2011 as we speak. Not much change. Since 2006, I've been in the habit of buying six tins of whatever new offering Mr. Pease puts out, and opening one at the time I receive it, the next a year after that, and so on....
JKP is a stellar blend, maybe my favorite since Renaissance. I can't wait until it gets 10+ years on it.

flavor goodness :) I would pop'er and smoke it up brother ;-)
