Fairly new to pipe smoking. Inherited a bunch of 40 year old Brighams from my father. Over the last 20 years I added a couple of Butz- Choquin pipes, and a Peterson System with fishtail. Was never a big pipe smoker, but always enjoyed it when I did. Fell out of smoking for the last decade, but recently bought a Capri Wizard 2 Churchwarden in hopes that it would help me relax. Gotta say I fell in love with the Churchwarden and pipe smoking all over again! Just ordered a Savinelli 601 Churchwarden from 4Noggins and can’t wait to get it.

Any recommendations for a nice tobacco I can get locally in Ontario Canada for my Churchwarden?

Hey Bassman65, Greetings from Australia. I too really enjoy churchwarden pipes. I've included a few pics from my collection. The first is a Savinelli 623 (I think) with a bulldog-shaped bowl. The other is a recent purchase of mine. It's a Vauen Auerland Almar pipe, part of Vauen's Lord Of The Rings series. Anyhow, welcome to the site and look forward to seeing you in the forums!

Going to have to learn how to polish em up all nice now. Also have about 6 more inherited ones, but stems are all chewed through.

After reading some posts, probably shouldn’t admit that I smoke Borkum Riff Cherry Cavendish. Any suggestions on an alternative to try that’s available in Canada? Local shop carries Mr. B’s varieties as well as Cornell and Diehl.

Anyone try Mr. B’s Wild Anatolia?
