Wierdly, they were cheaper that way. $6 Capstan tins - what's not to like? Even though shipping was pricey, still cheaper than a $14 domestic tin of the same. The rest of the order was either not available here (e.g. HU), hard to find (FVF), or a screaming deal like the Capstan.
