Geppetto smoked a pipe

On a whim i ordered the disney movie Pinnochio from netflix cause as i child i loved this movie and wanted to revisit it again.Low and behold after making Pinnochio Geppetto goes to bed and lights up an evening pipe with a candle.Next to the bed is a pipe wall rack with 3 pipes.Maybe this is why i liked this movie as a kid? :: Popeye of course was a pipe smoker too.Any other cartoon characters you know of smoked a pipe?

lots of older cartoons had people smoking.but now its considered "inappropriate" to have smoking in a childrens cartoon. as if its gonna make them wanna smoke. many childrens parents smoke, and for those whose parents dont, its not like theyve never seen anyone smoke
