Iwan Ries used to email me in the morning when half-pound bags of Penzance came in, however, other than on one occasion, by the time I woke up on the west coast and read my email, all of it was sold.
Perhaps their policy has changed, but my experience, seven years ago, was that I received a notice from them that the bag of Penzance I had placed on my wishlist was being held for me for three days. I was to sign in through the link included with the notice. When I did that my bag was waiting for me to purchase. Moreover, I was able to buy more through that portal, so I bought bags of Stonehaven, Dunbar, Dorchester and Tilbury. No issues. The bags were shipped to me.

It was a few years between when I’d added the Penzance to my wish list and IR fulfilled it. It took that long to reach my place in the queue. It wasn’t just me, there were plenty of others.
