I'm having to pay close attention to how I prepare the Géométrie for my pipes. I will say I enjoyed finally being able to use the small plug cutter I found antique/junk shopping several years ago. It does a good job of slicing the plug.

What it took two bowls to learn is that I have to pack Géométrie looser than I normally do.
I do find that I like the blend so far.

I just did a rough cut cube cut, because I couldn’t get a thin slice with my pocketknife last night. But, I guess that gave me a looser pack.

I get a metallic twang in the last third of the bowl from the Turkish. So far, I am very pleased… peased.

Another great GLP blend. Brown sugar sweet, tangy, malty and musty. I don’t taste the orientals so much, but I notice a bright floralness in the finish and retro hale. I dig it.

I’d also say this is one of the mildest (in strength) GLP blends I’ve tried, but a lot of flavor.

The easiest prep seemed to be dicing into a small cube cut and letting it dry for a while.
