Further Down The Rabbit Hole Then I Intended

Most of you remember the horrible anniversary I had the sunday before last. Well I spent the last week in a horrible depression leading to not eating, or drinking. I ended up having horrible hillucinations and ended up with a short stint in the hospital. And in the words of the great detective "Though I travelled further down the rabbit hole then I originally intended, I have emerged with my tail still fluffy white" sorry for missing out guys.

I have been. It was just a bad anniversary for me.

@garyovich I've found solice in talking with my friends here. There is help at the VA and I've used it but often I feel alone.

Just wanted to say, what you have shared shows incredible strength. So you slipped a little further downward than you had intended, so what? I think in the circumstances you're doing very well. The anniversary has now passed and you got through it; certainly that's a triumph.

Been there, buddy. The VA has resources for you, use them. You been through a lot so even though you are tougher than most people, you also need a little more help than most people. It's complicated, but I'm sure you get what I mean. Learn the signs and remember what you have to do.

Wow man. That was some sheit that you went through on your anniversary!!! I am way to familiar with depression!! I've been in intense therapy for 5 years and still go head to head with depression!!! Keep you head up my man!!!
