:Most were just distilled water, lightly sprayed on prior to pressing.
The bottom cake, however, I decided to try a casing that worked for me on a small batch.
It's 1/2 cup DI Water, 1.5 Tsp Cider Vinegar, 1/2 tsp Turbinado Sugar, 1/4 tsp each cinnamon and ground ginger.
That's enough to case a pound of loose leaf.
