I heard the claim that you shouldn't go under 100sh euros, but I have a feeling that it isn't necessarily the best advice.
The Rossi pipes are made by Savinelli and cost less than a similar Savinelli stamped one.
I do not have any, but there are a lot of members who give Rossis their full endorsements

I have 18 excellent pipes all purchased new; The most I ever paid was $120. Cost has nothing to do with the quality of the pipe. My best smokers I paid the least amount of money and they are hand made. If you shop wisely there are good pipes available. Seek out what you want and don't buy until you find it. Don't be fooled by hype and glitter.
+1 on all counts

There's a school of thought that says when starting you shouldn't cheap out. There is some merit to that. Just there is a difference between a cheap pipe and an inexpensive pipe. Rossi is made by Savinelli, and sell for in the neighborhood of half the Sav. It'll be a good smoking pipe, the savings are on fit and finish. There are other "basket" brands out there like Capri, and they are usually smoking above their price class (or what I always felt the price class). Brigham are generally a lower price factory pipes, and none are perfectly adequate smokers. Morgan Bones are incredibly budget priced for pipes. There are no frills, not a single bell nor whistle to be found, but they smoke just fine. And the lowly cob, you'll really have to try to find 2 that cost more than half your 100 euro limit. And since your post was listed in euros, how about the Falcon line?

Larry Roush called this shape his "fisherman pipe"

It's light and when clenched, rests against you chin making it effortless to hold in your mouth.

I smoke it when I need both hands to do something else.

Next pipe I get is going to be a smooth one. I feel like rusticated ones feel too "show-offy" for the lack of better word.
The more you take value judgments out of the equation about what others enjoy or what you perceive yourself to be to others, the easier life will be in general and enjoying a pipe.

No idea how someone is "showing off" because a pipe has a blast of some kind, really doesn't make sense, but for some reason it affects you that way. Maybe do some research into the history/manufacture/look of pipes and some context may ease that angst or concern. If you don't like anything but smooth, it's your preference but I've never perceived anyone making some kind of statement by using a pipe that isn't smooth.

Off to enjoy a Pete with a lovely blast - maybe the dogs have been taunting me all this time - "Showooof!" :ROFLMAO:✌️

I love my Peterson Lestrade. It’s the fullest bent pipe in my collection and is the most comfortable to clench.
With my factory full bend pipes I have to pull the stem to get a cleaner through, no way around it. On half bends it’s not as bad. A few of these I have to tweak the tip of the cleaner and twist it just so to make it through the draft.
My higher end handmade pipes have cut ramps and passing a cleaner isn’t an issue regardless of bend.
Definitely something to consider

Actually, smooth ones are more expensive, because blasting hides the grain and possible pits. So, smooth pipes are the show offs.

There could be a “Blast” vs. “Smooth” Dr. Seuss book or a bad musical like “West Side Story” (sorry any fan, I never liked it). “Pretty Woman” demands a classy smooth playing Julia Roberts’ part and a blast for Hector. Does @JimInks see Veronica as smooth or blast? That’s an interesting question!

I'd go full bent, so you will know what that's like. Don't get one too heavy, which will erase the lighter feel with a bent pipe. You can still get all the chamber you want. Just mind the over all weight. I wouldn't go all the way to Oom-Paul, which is a specialty item probably best when you already have quite a few pipes.
