I’ve had issues in the past buying from Russia. It seems totally random what they decide can’t come through and what can. Someone could have got a hair up their ass about the bamboo

The three Dec 17 entries look like duplicates of the three Nov 28 entries. I suspect your pipes are in the US and contrary to appearances weren't sent back to Poland.
This would be my guess as well. I seriously doubt the package went back to Poland then back to the USA in two days.
