I hate to post and run but I have to get ready for my middle son graduation tonight. When I come home I'm going to enjoy a nice bowl of tobacco in my new Peterson Dracula thanks to my friends I've met here. Again I thank you!!!!!!

Many of you do not know but I pm Dave about getting a Dracula and told him I never smoked a pipe but thought that one was awesome and I'd like to give it a try. He said he had one comming that someone donated to the project. Now I actually have one. But what's ironic about this is that I have the exact same style that I wanted!! That is fate. I would love to meet each one of you. I am so glad I found this forum and you all. Thank you again

greatbrittn, that looks like quite a haul. Someone at the pipe club meeting had some of that Molto Dolce. I smelled it in the tin and it smelled really good.
For the love of God be careful with that Condor. There is a reason they named it after a big, ugly, smelly bird that defecates everywhere. That stuff will ruin a pipe. A guy Pat (Pruss) knows smoked half a bowl of that stuff in his pipe and then decided he didn't like it. Multiple retorts and salt and alcohol treatments later, the pipe still smells like Condor. Use a cob.

Sorry it took so long to post guys, but I got my FPP box today. I won't be able to post pics for a little while but I will as soon as is possible. I....am humbled by the generousity that I've been shown. So, about the box, I received two pipes(you'll have to wait for pics of these beauties!) And 3 1.5oz tins of sutliff baccy. One each of Blend No.5, which I have been wanting to try, Westminster, and Balkan Luxury Blend. Oh and some bulk Sutliff R-Blend in a ziploc baggie. You wouldn't believe how amazing the box smelled when I opened it

Just got our box of pipes and tobacco today! Thanks Dave! We already smoked some and in all the excitement forgot to dig out a camera. We'll take some photos tomorrow.

Rather than type all your names who commented on my posts I would like to say thank you all. I felt kinda weird taking a selfie but I did have my beloved Shadow in the background. It smokes like a dream. Im still in shock. I hate that I have to give it a rest today. thanks again everyone

Yea thats Shadow. My 10 month old Black German Shepherd. Shes super sweet and smart as hell. Tlag77 I couldn't be happier I too think its awesome.

claypipearcheo, That's a great haul you got there! That Parker your smoking was from me. I'm sorry, I don't have any great stories to tell you about it. But I always thought it was a good looking pipe and smoked cool and true. I'm a nut for apples and tomatoes and the like. I'm so glad to see it being enjoyed and smoked! Great to see the Mrs on board as well! I hope you both enjoy your pipes!

Well, thank you Monty! The Parker is BEAUTIFUL and the best smoker we have, thanks to you and Dave. Oh, and just in the interest of not withholding information, I am the Mrs. No offense taken, it'd just be weird to "come out" as a woman a few years from now. Might as well set the record straight
