Exactly. I see pipes listed as "no low bidders" in the description, but I think you have no recourse in a BIN. If you canceled the sale, that would look bad on your ebay history if done with enough frequency.

And that is why I stopped selling on eBay. Pretty much stopped selling altogether, for that matter.

I don't mean that. I just don't think there are any very good ways of selling direct anymore, with the exception of forums like this, albeit with a limited audience.

The only way to sell here is grossly undervalue the pipe

you can set a minimum number of transactions in the settings on ebay.this means no bids will be accepted from buyers with below the set number,not a guarentee but worth doing if selling something valuable in my mind.

I may be wrong on this,just looked and it appears you can only block buyers with a history of non payment or by location

or manually cancel a bid ,maybe after stating a limit in the description

Do not sell to this buyer. They bought a Sasieni pipe from me, then claimed I sent her a pair of shoes. She requested a return, meaning she was going to send me back a pair of shoes, keep the pipe I sent, and get the money she paid back! I won the appeal. Be careful out there!View attachment 437998

That sucks. I’m glad you won that case. I had a buyer recently open a case to request a full refund because they “never received” the pipe, even though tracking showed it was delivered AND they’d been dumb enough to leave me a positive review which mentioned how well the item was packaged! Then after eBay closed the case in my favor, they opened an appeal with their bank! Crazy.
