Very neat find. It is likely that it was carved by Søren Refbjerg Rasmussen at his works in Soborg, Denmark in the 1970's. He still makes pipes for the Danish Pipe Shop and they appear to sell in the +$150.00US range. Enjoy it.

That is nice! I love pipes that have the plateau top or are carved like it. Plus, that stem is wide enough on the end that is would be comfortable to clench while driving. Enjoy it.
