Found a Meer on ebay

I freaking love this pipe, but I'm not sure about pulling the trigger on this one. First it is a beautiful piece for $50 plus $30 for shipping, that seems a little low, next the guy has a great rep on ebay but he is in Thailand and that is really far away and that is a bit for me to wrap my head around. Am I worrying about nothing or is this a case of too good to be true? I know a lot of you guys are pros at the online PAD so I hope you can help!

Thats what I was thinking... which is a pity because I love deer, elk, moose and it was the best looking one of the lot.
