Thank you all for your condolences! Going to do my best and follow the lead of Al and Zach!! I have been extremely sick the last few days and apologize for not answering sooner!
Sorry pugugly, but I cannot be called the Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) because it is a air cooled, gas operated, belt feed, fully automatic machine-gun that fires 5.56 MM from a open bolt position to facilitate a quick barrel change. And is basically a pellet gun LMAO!!
Now the PIG or M-60 is a air cooled, gas operated, belt feed, fully automatic machine-gun that fires 7.62 MM from the open bolt position to facilitate a quick barrel change. My 60 was called Glamdring, the Foe Hammer! A nod to Tolkien and if you have even seen the guns with real gun teams running them open up on an objective, well Foe Hammer is appropriate! You can always tell a real 60 gunner, his fricking gun works, and if it breaks, he always has the needed spare part in his cleaning kit or butt pack. And it is "GUN UP" right quick me lads!!
(BTW I wrote the definitions of the SAW and 60 from memory, so if I screwed up either, it certainly is not my trainers fault LOL!!)
