Football/soccer fan thread: who's your club and why?

I'm an Everton supporter. Live in Vermont, grew up in Wisconsin, but my mom remarried when I was 6 and my stepdad is from Liverpool. He's Blue, so I am too and will be for life. We're the People's Club, even if the People aren't frickin happy past few years.

Fulham FC. No ties to England, no ancestry - but as a kid I mainly supported Juventus from 98' onwards. Played as a kid, being a keeper I was a huge fan of Van Der Sar so when he left Juve to join Fulham I found a premier league club to follow that wasn't either Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal etc. (Chelsea?, no way).

Anyway, don't really follow closely nowadays - mainly keep tab's via YouTube highlights and googling the tables etc.

Also have a soft spot for the Rangers, but can't help but be proud of my fellow countrymen's work at Celtic of late

I chose Liverpool at a young age because growing up the next town over was Liverpool. Oddly enough my first tattoo was a Celtic logo. At this point I barely follow soccer. Baseball takes up most of my attention.

My manager at my job is an MUFC supporter- we get along great. Opposite halves of the table, some commonalities in staff (Rooney comes to mind first), generally an amicable relationship as far as I can tell.
