First time purchase from Blue Room Briars. I have no affiliation with them and dont even reside in the same country so try to present an honest experience. It was straightforward and fast, as well as well communicated. If they didn’t package it the day I ordered it was the next day. Came here in ten business days. I ordered three estate pipes and felt like the prices were fair. They came in the condition described even potentially looking better than the super-honest detailed description portrayed on their site. The parcel was well packaged and everything was intact. They had a bit of a smell upon opening but mostly went away after 15-20 min, I’m sure just part of whatever they used during the restoration/refurbishment which is a top notch job. The partially rusticated Stanwell was an ACE smoke straight from the get go considering it was the first smoke. The black White Star burned a little hot but still getting broken in. All in all got three very nice looking pipes that came in a timely manner and look forward to future smokes. To top it all off a nice hand written note from Scott and Jesse personalizing their small business and definitely adds to the faceless online experience. From my perspective as a first time buyer I would recommend them for future purchases or at least checking their site out.
