Smokingpipes.com carries, Brigham, Rossi, Savinelli, Ropp, Chacom, Peterson, Nording that all have 50-100$ new pipes. They even have a pipe tool where you can enter the price range and get a few hundred in that range, or select by various shapes and styles, ect

A Ropp pipe is made by the same makers as Chacom. They are freakin inexpensive and while they are not my favorite pipes in terms of design the all I have smoked were pretty good.

Keep in mind that if you buy a vulcanite stem to not store it in the sun or you will have to clean off oxidation. I keem my pipes with vulcanite in a closet when not in use. A drawer is fine too.

I typically see estate pipes as a cheap way to get into expensive briars. But for less than the cost of an estate you will find a new pipe that fits you nicely. As long as you don't chooch too hard, the absence of cake won't be an issue with the pre-carbonized bowls. This judgement is only from my experience.
