I got a tin of Penzance. I think it is a very good tobacco, from the good "mechanic" (easy to pack, easy to light, not too many relights) and definitely you can feel it is used top notch quality leaves. If you like oriental forward blends it is not going to disappoint. What I would prefer is to have a version of it with Syrian Latakia instead of the Cyprian one as I love Syrian and for me is is calling for it. But it is a matter of personal taste.
Is this the holy grail of pipe tobacco? I wouldn't say so but if you like orientals it is not going to disappoint.
Will I buy more of it? Yes, but not at an overprice. I wanted to try it so I opened the wallet to get a first tin and it will go in my rotation, now I have time to find more of it at a more decent price.
