Figure Age of Tinned Tobacco

Gents, I just managed to score a 50 gram/2 oz tin of Golden Sliced, here in Oz. I won't say how much I paid for it, you guys stateside wouldn't believe me. But it was an eyewatering financial exercise, let me tell ya!

But here's the thing, there is no anti-smoking propaganda on it at all.
So I'm figuring this actually has a few years on it.
How do I figure out the code(s) on the bottom of the tin. Any ideas please?

the biggest reason prices are so high ini NZ and Aus is because of how common cigarette bootlegging and growing ones own and selling it is. Bigger factor then health or other concerns.

Is the tin round or rectangular? That will narrow it down some. I believe there is a code above the bar code in which the first four digits give you yydd.

It's a round tin.
To the right of the bar code is: 3885.
Then below that: 2107040609.
And I was remiss in saying there was no anti smoking propaganda on it.
In very small writing there is a 'warning' from California.
