Except that is flawed logic. Yes IT would not have happened. Since we have no time machine you could just as easily say that she would be dead if it had not have happened becuase down the road undelayed she would have been shot in the head by another offender. Of couse we cant say that without wacked out logic as well.

The larger picture states that legal persons in the US are 2.5 times more likely to offend than undocumented persons. 4 times as likely to comitt property offenses.

Then after a struggle, two women against one drunk, she tried as hard as she could try to cold blooded murder an unarmed drunk on the roadway.

As for reality: The taser was clearly not working on this man who probably didn't feel it. A night stick or sap would have been the better action. Two woman couldn't wrestle the guy as he was feeling no pain.
I don't think she did anything wrong other than waste time. Shooting the guy wasn't optimum procedure unless she felt her life was in danger and we don't know what he said to her! She should have hit him over the head instead.

I would be interested the the opinions of actual police officers who have done this type of work.

I’m sitting here this morning playing my Martin HD28 a dear friend of mine named David gave me when he converted from being a stalwart deep water Baptist to a Mennonite.

Let it be known most of his motive was to catch a Mennonite girl, and he would have caught her, except he got cancer and died before he could.

I asked David if that particular Mennonite church allowed any guitars at all, even cheap ons, and alas they demanded a cappella music like the Church of Christ Campbellites.

David was sort of my side man when we’d entertain the old folks at the nursing homes. He could play that Martin all up and down the neck, with runs and leads.

This world needs more well raised Baptists like David.

We’d have less troubles, you know?

She was the only one able to tackle him and get him on his stomach ... that was the time to slap the cuffs on ... she should be a police officer !

No, you’d have a cop taught a valuable lesson not to be foolish.

If she’d cuffed him instead of torturing him with a taser it would have been a routine arrest we’d never heard about.

The Arkansawyers have Highway Patrol officers unable to hand cuff a drunk.

It surprises most people that while the Amish and Mennonites are complete teotalers, most Campbellite men will have a social drink, unless their wives or mothers or children are present.
