Steve Harvey's Family Feud outtakes. The pipe channels I've tried to watch are boring, watching someone ramble on about nothing while loading a pipe is best done with other fellow pipe smokers talking about something of interest.

Me and a few friends have solved the mystery of the millennium and the great tribulation, while discussing the world's problems smoking a couple bowls and sipping a couple bourbons. Much more enlightening than listening to a self-appointed pipe guru. or we're maybe a little drunk by the time we call it a night who knows, but it's a goodtime.

One account I don't see mentioned is C & D's series featuring Jeremy Reeves. Not trying to advocate for the company or the blends, but I definitely learned more about different tobaccos and the approach to blending.

Always interesting and worthwhile to hear the opinions and comments!

He is a bigot. Plain and simple.
And a fool (cottage guy). I watched a couple videos of his but found his obviously fake accent grating. The accent changes from video to video and when his mood changes. He clearly got it from movies in the 30s and 40s. I’ve been to the low country areas a fair bit and never heard anyone talking that way.

Last night in a fit of insanity I clicked on a video of his about unwritten rules for the pipe smoker. First one was how pipe smokers should be nice, courteous, and a “light of their community”. Don’t preach at me while I’m trying to learn about pipes. He’s like the dumbest failed cult leader ever.

I really enjoy the reviews on Stuff and Things. Bradley gives me a better sense of what to try to notice in a blend (my palate is pretty basic at the moment). Same with Hobbiton Piper. Of course Muttonchop Piper as well. There's so much generous sharing of knowledge out there, but these are three great places to start.
I used to listen to Bradley a lot a few years back. Have drifted away, but need to drift back. I liked his approach to doing reviews.

Specific, specialized channels related to literature, history, some whisky channels, and a science channel related to astronomy. Some weapons and cooking channels. It is the only social network, apart from this magnificent forum for smokers. My universe is centered on reading, devouring books in my austere library, smoking, and enjoying whisky and other favorite drinks, such as wine, cognac, brandy. I don't need any more social networks.

I enjoy several pipe related channels.

Stuff and Things is one of my favorites and it is sad that the pipe related things on there are coming to an end. He made a video the other day saying that they had demonetized him and pipe related videos would now be on Patreon. I love watching Bradley but I have enough things direct withdrawn from my account without adding something like that to it.

Padre Piper and Derek Tant were ones I liked but they haven't been posting lately.

Matches860 was the god of YT pipe channels. RIP

TheSpurgeonPiper is a current favorite of mine. Seems like a genuinely good dude.

And of course my own channel, Razorback Piper Guy. That guy is brilliant. ;)

I don't spend as much time on YT as I used to. I'm on the forums more than watching YT videos these days.

Stuff and Things and Hobbiton Piper both recently had segments indicating that YouTube had totally “demonetized” their channels. Not too sure how that impacts their pipe tobacco content going forward. I have an ads-free, paid YouTube subscription so that obviously perturbs me.

I’ve been watching Durin’s Rest (great cellar videos) and a Danish presenter, Thomas Ebdrup, too.

Same. I've basically cut out literally every other form of social media.. esp since I got in a longterm relationship, when I got off the dating apps and buckled down at work it made it easy to get off everything else. FB, IG, and all these short form video apps are just life wasters.. at least YT I can half listen to news and long form discussions while working along with educational vids etc when I get home.

I don't get to read books as much as I'd like at this point in my life but audiobooks help with that too.. I don't love supporting Amazon but audible is def one of their better services.

I watch some Malcom Guite from time to time, I guess that's pipe related because he's always smoking one, other than that the very few pipe related I've checked in on never spiked enough interest to continue and I can't remember the last time I even looked at one, been years. I do watch other channels related to different interests and some of those are very good, some are hit or miss, but I don't just click on anything and despise all the recommendations and suggestions, haha. It's not cheap, but I've paid to avoid ads and it is worth it to me.
