Im not sure what took so long for me to try it but I got my mits on some Petersons DNR. Nice smooth bready smoke with enough perique to keep it interesting. Different from most my other vapers.

I dont know if Directors cut counts in this poll but it does have coins. That and Edarward G are my other go to vapers.
There are two types of coins I've spotted: the big ones which are made in thick logs (think DeLuxe Navy Rolls, Roper's roundels, Flake Medallions etc), for which there was a video which I can't find now, and the smaller ones (like in Cabbie's, Director's cut and others) which can either be a sliced rope (think only Gawith does that because they're the only ones left who can do proper ropes) or thinner logs, like shown here.

I had a tin of the now discontinued Orlik Bulleye from 2009 and it was sublime. Which gives me high hopes for the aging potential of PS LBF since they were basically the same.

Aside from that, as mentioned, Peterson Navy Rolls and Davidoff Flake Medallions also get honorable mentions.

FWIW, the best vaper in the known universe is Samuel Gawith’s St James Flake. Just get a small cookie cutter to turn those flakes into a roll-cut..!

Not a coin until you cut it, but I really like synjeco greenodd for a perique punch in the teeth.

As an aside, I found that making coins from whole leaf to be really satisfying. I haven’t done it with perique, but red and gold Virginias and then use dark fired (or dark air cured) as wrapper. Then stove the bugger for a day with equal weights water to tobacco. Slice, dry, cellar and then smoke
