Watching 1883, I am reminded how cleanly washed and dressed are many in the early settling of the West. There are no bathing or washing facilities for people or clothes except the occasional muddy river. Yet most of the time everyone looks freshly showered, hair washed and clean clothes appear even though they've been on the trail for months. Pretty much the case for most Westerns.

The scene in Predator where they all shoot the jungle to pieces is pretty ridiculous but also totally epic.

Chris, in pretty much every film with Schwarzenegger (and Stallone for that matter) you can pretty much guarantee that they will be shirtless within ten minutes of the start

Overblown muscles are as much an obsession as unfeasibly huge weaponry with certain folks.

"The Jerk" with Steve Martin is nothing but ridiculous. Great Stuff. I am surprised that no one has mentioned the bean scene in "Blazing Saddles" or when Mongo slugs the horse.
