A bowl on the way to work and one on the way home. The sun room when it's cold and most often out back on the stone patio.

Usually on my back patio or front stoop. Can't smoke inside, but its fun cause if the weathers nice I can see to the lake and watch the freighters go by.

I attend Portland State University. In the middle of the biggest cluster of school buildings there are the park blocks. There are a few food carts there, and a few benches with inset chess boards betwixt them. I sit there for around 5 hours, two days a week, chain smoking and nodding to the pretty girls. He he.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. Cancellations and "no-shows" used to bother me. Now I love to sit on the outside steps of my office building with a favorite pipe. In so doing I have met many wonderful friends, both smokers and non-smokers. I watch old Bobby Fisher chess matches on my iPhone and, for an hour, all is somehow well with the world.

There are two iPhone apps I have come to enjoy. The one I use to recreate Fisher chess matches is "t chess pro". Since you mention YouTube, there is a cool teaching app appropriately called "chess tube" that pulls together YouTube videos from jrobichess and others. Check it out.

Most of my smoking is in my "office" which is a room at home. It has a seperate a/c and heat system so no (or very little) smoke gets into the rest of the house. That's where I am right now.
Also, I find it difficult to drive any distance without a pipe in my mouth.

At present..my favorite place to enjoy a smoke is on a leather couch down in the rig-room of my fire-station.
My favorite place would be my own friggin' living-room.....
but alas,..I'm married.

The man cave...actually it's a tool shed converted to a room. Just had work done on it including insulation and ac unit, so now it's my smoking room. Getting LazyBoy recliners next.

My last post;

"At present..my favorite place to enjoy a smoke is on a leather couch down in the rig-room of my fire-station.
My favorite place would be my own friggin' living-room.....

You're not gonna believe this guys but tonight while enjoying an after dinner bowl out on the deck my wife came out and to my suprise sat down across from me, smiled and said; "I like that,....that smells nice!"
?????????
To make a long story short, she told me it would "Just fine" if I smoked in the house, because after all it was my house too.

I haven't mustered the guts yet to fire the pipe up in here in the man-cave yet, but I think I will after she's gone to bed and see how it goes.
This is unbelievable!

I'm seasonal, summer back deck, now in the fall semi-enclosed front porch, winter I go down into my dungeon where I have a shitty 25 inch 1984 rca tv and an amazingly comfortable futon chair. I run an amcor hepa airfilter, it does a a decent enough job of cleaning the air, removing the scent.
After typing this I realized it was a favorite spot. Connecticut State Parks, I love hiking and finding a nice spot to light up, on the Long Island sound at Hammonasset Beach, on the pond at Chatfield Hollow, or the peak of Talcott Mountain.

I like to sit on the front porch on a Sunday morning, sipping coffee and reading the paper while enjoying a bowl.
If for no other reason than to show the neighbors that people who smoke are generally pleasant and reasonable people who will give a friendly wave to passers by and otherwise mind their own business.

I thought I would bump this rather popular "old" thread.

I have recently changed a few things in my "Smokin' Hole".

It would be cool to see everyone's favorite smoking places.

So, please post some photos everyone.
There is also the root of a pun in the following photos.

Hint: These photos are a clockwise tour of my Man-Cave...

Commonly refereed to around here as "The Dog House" in which I spend a lot of time.
So... Here goes:

That's right there are seven clocks in "The Dog House"... Obviously, I have a lot of time on my hands...

Sorry for the quality of the pics... Cell Phone.

I cannot say that I have a favorite place to smoke. But I have always enjoyed smoking outdoors, be it the porch or the yard or at the coast. Best places for me are near the water watching a beautiful sunset, or stargazing on a clear night.
