Theater up the street from me does Classic Movie nights. Last night was Home Alone.
That one is a classic for sure. I usually end up watching that one at least once a December if I catch it on TV.

I like A Christmas Carol 1951 with Alastair Sim ,Mickey Mouse"s Christmas Carol.

Also A christmas Carol with Regiald Owen 1938 and It's a wonderful LIfe with James Stewart and Donna Reed.

I should say A Christmas Story since most of it was filmed very close to where I live, but my favourite is Holiday Inn. The kids like the Rankin Bass A Year Without Santa Clause (the one with snow miser and heat miser), with Elf a close second.
