So - what is your favorite All Day Smoke? Something that you fill your pipe and smoke throughout the day. Not an occasional thing, but a regular go-to.

Mac Baren Golden Extra is my fav “all day smoke”.
I haven't smoked the same blend all day long since I started smoking pipe again 2 1/2 years ago. When I previously smoked pipe, I often smoked 5100 all day long, day after day, as strange as that may seem. If I had to do such a thing now, it would probably be CVP or Sunday Picnic.
Many members don't smoke all day, but we can substitute "any time." Right now, I am thoroughly pleased with SPC Potlatch, C&D Bayou Night, C&D Stratfordshire, Tabac-Manil Semois, C&D Tuggle Hall, PS English Luxury, Dunhill Durbar, Home and Hearth Midtown Chestnut, and Mixture No. 79 ... among quite a few others. PS Amsterdam, D&R Two Timer, and so on. I have quite a few Virginia and Va/Pers I want to include in the rotation, but not all at once.
It was Squadron Leader, but due to availability and my dwindling supply it is now Low Country Natural Virginia&Oriental with a pinch of Latakia. I like a nice easygoing light English during the day and then something stronger/more flavourful at night.
For a while, I was infatuated with a blend or two.
These days, there are so many jars, tins, bags, boxes and piles of tobacco lying around, I just have to grab something and roll with it.
I am working primarily on the baggies taken in trade/leftover from jarring and rarely pop a tin or jar these days.

I cannot remember the last time that I repeated a smoke in a day. If I were to keep a pipe lit with the same blend all day it would have to be enjoyable, not tiring, and something that could be mindlessly smoked. For me, I would put Match Dunhill 965, Match Edgeworth RR, and MB Mixture Scottish Blend in that category.
Right now it's MacBaren's Vanilla Cream Loose Cut, but that's subject to change.
I have two. Both from Greg Pease. Cairo and/or Telegraph Hill. Both need at least 3 years age though. IMHO

Dark Bird's Eye is my go-to blend. Easy to smoke and great with coffee.

However it's not much for the nicotine. But that is a plus. I can smoke it all day long with no Ill effects.

Fall/Winter Germain's Special Latakia Flake. Spring/Summer Dan Tobacco Skipper's Flake.
When I had a bit better nic tolerance, C&D pegasus was very repeatable. Now, I'm not sure. SWR would fit the role pretty well, and I enjoy it enough to repeat it. Not too strong either.
My own English blend close to Balkan Supreme.
