Web site states they have free shipping on any size order, use code “SHIP4DAD”. When I fill out mailing address and credit card and type in the code, my order has the standard shipping fee applied. The only option is a ‘Submit Order’ button. I won’t hit the submit button when the standard shipping fee appears on the order. Probably never be able to get a refund on the shipping fee.

Yours may have shown free shipping due to the size of your order. I hade a small order and even after the promo code was entered, the standard shipping rates were applied to the total cost. Some sites have a ‘view order’ button where you can see the total with the discounts applied. This site just has a ‘submit order’ button.

They fixed my small order after I didn’t put the Dad code, talked on the phone, only thing free shipping no track code, not a deal breaker, I like Famous Smokes.
