Everything's scented, and none of it, not even the aromatic pipe tobacco, reminds me of pipe tobacco. Some laundry products make me woozy. There's scent in cat litter unless you can hunt down the unscented. Some old folks and teenage boys lose their sense of smell and put on whole bottles of cologne, and you can smell them going by in a car. I held my breath walking past the cosmetics counters in department stores; none of that smell is from any natural source, all laboratory derived. Gag. The they come up with wild romantic names for the brands. Whew.
